# Externe barcodes importeren

Heb je kaarten verkocht via een ander systeem of werk je met een gastenlijst van een partner? Je kunt deze externe codes eenvoudig importeren in VoordeMensen zodat je ze met dezelfde scanners kunt controleren.

**Stappen:**

1. Ga in het dashboard naar de externe import pagina van je evenement.
2. **Herkomst (Optioneel):** Vul in het veld 'Herkomst' een duidelijke naam in, bijvoorbeeld de naam van de ticketpartner of de specifieke actie (b.v. "Groupon" of "Sponsor Lijst").
   * *Tip:* Deze tekst wordt in de scan-app getoond als 'naam' van de bezoeker. Zo ziet de scanner direct dat het een geldig extern ticket is.
3. **CSV Uploaden:** Upload je bestand. Het formaat is eenvoudig: je hebt enkel een lijst met barcodes onder elkaar nodig (één code per regel). 

**Ondersteuning Barcodes & QR-codes** Geïmporteerde codes werken direct samen met de VoordeMensen scan-app.

* **QR-codes:** Standaard ondersteund.
* **Streepjescodes (1D):** Vanaf **versie 5.8** van de scan-app kunnen ook traditionele streepjescodes worden gescand via de camera. Zorg ervoor dat je scanners zijn bijgewerkt naar de laatste versie.
