Hier beheer je de e-mailsjablonen voor je eigen berichten aan klanten. Deze sjablonen gebruik je voor persoonlijke communicatie, aanvullende informatie, nieuwsbrieven of speciale mededelingen die niet via [Systeemberichten](/dashboard/e-mail/systeemberichten.md) worden verstuurd.

Je kan templates maken met onze gebruiksvriendelijke blokken-editor, of zelf HTML invoeren.
